Cashmere Essentials has free delivery Australia wide. We also offer free store pick up. We use Australia Post services with delivery times between 3 - 7 days. 

Returns

In the unlikely event of receiving defective garments, we will provide either a replacement, credit note or full refund. All returns and claims of defects or shortages must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods on either 1300 133 199 or [email protected].

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, you can return it, provided that the following conditions are met:

• You must return your order within 14 days of receipt of goods
• The item/s is unworn and unwashed
• All labels and swing tags are still attached
